Pricing for Companies

Applying for financing is free of charge, and companies will encounter fees only if they meet all criteria to raise a funding round through our platform. For startups, we defined three products, as reflected in the customized pricing for each category: 

  • Community stars - Exclusive pre-seed opportunities. These promising ventures predominantly comprise graduates from tech & business startup accelerators.   

  • Syndicate – Run your financing round with your own community and eligibility criteria to access the SeedBlink Venture Partners network. 

  • Co-investment VC – Access the SeedBlink Venture Partners, we follow the same terms as your leading VC with private or public fundraising.

Offer for companies

We charge the fees before (setup fee) and after (success fee) the financing round has been successfully closed. 

Syndicate

Setup fee: 3000 EUR  

Deal structuring: 2000 EUR 

Success fee:  

  • 5% (of the raised amount from your community*) 

  • 8% (of the raised amount from SeedBlink Network) 

*depending on the amount raised, discounts apply  

For financing 50k - 250k
